This is the worst dry cleaning company I have ever worked with. They were unprofessional, rude and did not take any accountability for ruining two of my items. For the first item, the offered me a credit and when I requested my item back, they said their was an understanding that they were buying the item. They never once verbalized that or put it in writing when they gave me the credit in writing. I would have never agreed to the sale of the dress as the dress, though partially ruined, has sentimental value. With the second item they destroyed they told me that sometimes it happens with the fabric when you dry cleaning it. They reference their experience and took pride in knowing that fact. If they knew the item wouldnt dry clean well, they shouldve never dry cleaned it or let me know that it would not dry clean well. They told me they take care of their customers But they did not take care of me. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. Never have experienced such terrible customer service. This couldve been a completely different experience if they wouldve communicated better.

Appearance Plus is amazing! I recommend to all my friends. We have been customers for over 20 years! There have only been 2 times Ive needed to address something and they have handled it no questions asked. You just dont see this kind of customer service anymore. 5 stars and an A+ review! Friendly and helpful staff, mostly use drive through at both locations.
