Happy with my haircut with Zahra but the boy whos washed my hair before the hair cut could have rinsed a bit more. A lot more to be honest. I am normally asked if theres any bit needing more rinsing at other salons.
Well I turned up 20mins late as I had my time wrong and needed a total revamp wanted grey hair from blonde and black and many other colours ! The girls did a fab job and managed to not rush my hair even though I had messed up the time. If I was posh I would say bloody marvellous service ! But I am not posh so cheers man it's mint !! Feels great and looks soooooo much better . Tip of the day - don't bleach your hair at home ! Even if you are a grown up and think you know better . Thank you boliderhouse :-)
Do not book eyelash extensions here. I'm so disappointed to leave this review as I'd heard amazing things from friends about this place. I had my eyelashes done just 5 days ago at the Jesmond Boilerhouse, paying 50 for the classic set. The service was fine while I was there and I was happy with the results but after 5 days the lashes are horrendous, not only have almost 80% fallen out but the remaining ones have fallen on their sides. They look terrible and some have fallen so much they have begun to stick into my eye. I've had eyelash extensions done for years and have never experienced anything like this. The worst part for me though is that I have emailed the salon 3 days ago, when I first realised that the rate they were falling out was far from normal to complain and ask for advice and to cancel my infills appointment and heard nothing back. Please please save your money and go elsewhere.
