Do not do business with these folks. Their field reps are pleasant enough people however I discovered that the initial phonecall with their phone prospectors had been recorded without my knowledge. Very shady practice no apology was given. In my state you have to record yourself declaring that the call is being recorded.
Would have given less than Zero if possible. Granted a useful service if you need it, but try to refuse to renew your contract and see what happens!! Written termination requests ignored, followed by what is tantamount to harassment and bullying from TYRONE QUINN. Will not take NO for an answer and refused to give a written acknowledgement of our intention to terminate, EXHAUSTING!!
I have been most impressed with the company as a whole and Sophie Morgan in particular. They have been very pro-active which is a pleasant surprise this day and age! Sophie has been a great help in getting Fullenkamp's Frenchtown Trailers up and running with their great products. Thank you Sophie!!
Jonathan all the staff of PHMG are very helpful in setting up your needs for your business. They work with you to get the best recordings and personal touch, I am very glad to be working with such a good team that care about your business.
Contracts are deceptive in the they automatically renew for additional three-year periods without notification that the contract term is about to expire. Seems like a more transparent business practice would be to send a notification a few months before the end of the contract term that the agreement is due for renewal within "X" days so that you could make a decision to continue the service or not. Terms are buried deep in the contract and were not highlighted in the initial meeting - makes you wonder if they are trying to hide that fact that a renewal is upcoming. Must not be confident of their overall client's satisfaction.
