Ryan, I wish you would have called us with your concerns, under no circumstances we would have allowed you to spend your hard earn money on those ridiculous charges, beware of some of these dealers trying to make the most money in ridiculous repair orders, service departments are the most profitable of all departments in the franchise dealerships. You can find that out by simply doing a little research!!! You mentioned this vehicle was not well maintained, so I spent some time going through the history records on this exact vehicle. According to the Carfax, your X5 gets one of the highest scores, it was a local GA car with 19 extensive service history records all performed by local BMW dealerships from day one through the day you bought it. Your X5 was sold as a certified pre-owned on 1/24/2018. Last service was done at united BMW in 11/2021. You bought the vehicle in 12/2021. All service and maintenance schedule were up to date according to the Carfax. I also, couldn't find any records of the repair done by BMW of south Atlanta regarding your suspension issue, etc!!!! We have built a great relationship with local certified mechanic shops, and we could have done the exact same job for fraction of the cost if you would have made us aware of your concerns. Our customer service commitment does not end right after the sale, we are always here to help. We have been serving our customers for over 14 years. We are Cargurus Top-rated dealer 4 years in a row. I purchased a 2016 BMW X5 from A&M Motorsports on 12/3/2021 I test drove the car and felt comfortable after they assured me the truck had been inspected and purchased from Global BMW. A week after the X5 started shaking at 2k RPM and I decided to wait until the first oil change to get it checked out. The week of my oil change I got a alert that my suspension failed and the car needed to be towed to BMW south Atlanta for service. To my surprise the service manager called and asked what happened to the vehicle. I told him it was a daily driver for my wife to pick the kids up and make grocery store runs. He informed me it was one of the worst X5's he saw in a while. Then went on to tell me the list of issues that were missed and clearly not checked by any BMW certified service technician. Air suspension pump: $2,009 Air suspension bellow: $1,541 Air suspension strut $771 Oil Pan Gasket: $2,659 Intake charge pipe: $693 Axle Seal: $1546 Total: $9,390 I financed the vehicle from with my bank for $27,000 and have now paid close to $10k more to have it up and running. If you don't have the credit to pay for repairs that cost as much as most cars A&M Motorsports is not the dealer for you. I beg you to please take the car to be inspected by a dealer before giving them your hard earned money.
Excellent customer service experience. Shaun stayed after closing for me to test drive two vehicles. I put a deposit down on a Mercedes E-class. I came back on Friday with the remaining money signed my paperwork. I left within 15 minutes. The vehicle is beautiful inside and out. Best experience while I was shopping for a car. Shaun is upfront and honest about vehicle conditions. Will definitely be back to buy another vehicle.10 stars overall

Shawn was awesome. I spoke to him about a 2019 BMW 330i at 1pm on a Friday and had wired money to him by 5pm -- very responsive with detailed pics and videos and ultimately helped getting it shipped to me out of state.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience other people seem to have had. I certainly wouldnt describe Shawn as personable or peppy. My experience was more nonchalant and I would even describe it as a little cold. It was really a turn off and I ended up leaving without a car I truly wanted and was prepared to buy today but I did not want to give this location my business.
