If there is any reason we could not take on your project, we would have let you know and would not leave you waiting a month with no follow up. All estimates are done by the owner of the company or our install manager, so they are typically very professional and take a customers time seriously. The last thing we want to do is waste your time or ours. Our proposals sometimes end up in junk mail. So, it is possible that a proposal was sent and is just in your junk mailbox. If not, something got lost in the mix and we would like to correct it. Because your profile does not have a last name, I am having trouble looking you up in our system and could not find an estimate appointment for anyone with the first name Jessica in the past 60 days or any calls to follow up on the status of a proposal from someone named Jessica. Not sure why I choose this company for an estimated for a boiler replacement. Appointment day: He showed up late, struggled for an eye contact; well explained, said it will e-mail the estimated; a month later still waiting for an estimated, never called or follow up. My impression about this company perhaps they are picky on picking their own customers Now I regret choosing them, they wasted my time and lost one customer... move on. They are many other great companies to choose from..

Can be good can be bad. Depends who comes in. Prices can get expensive.
