Five years old and the paint is chipping. The stained porch is faded badly. They also lied about putting 24 inch by 24 inch blocks under the smaller blocks. It ended falling off of their setup. Failed to caulk the outer screw holes like paperwork said they would. I wouldn't recommend renting to own either. They charge the rent to own cost double it for a rental fee. So a 24k build will cost you 48k. Explains why they have 50+ repo builds. I just find this company sketchy.

I'm in the process of searching for a 10 x 20 building. In my shopping process I have checked on price and I'm looking at ordering a building. John at wolfvalley sent me a message today. I replied by saying that their buildings are more expensive. So he sends me a question. I've included the replies I received. He will never get my business, or any of my potential business for the tiny home communities that I've got planned with Real Estate Investors. You never know who you're talking to and what business opportunity it may lead to. Shame on you John. After reading some of your reviews on how wonderful paint jobs you give and how wonderful your building stand up you might rethink how you talk to customers.

Customer Service was great! They delivered on what they promised! Steven Lockwood worked with me through multiple different configurations and estimates so I could get the data I needed to decide our best option. I really liked the way their estimate sheet identifies a breakdown of all costs and clearly states assumptions going into the proposal. It was amazing to see Sanford and his team build the shed on site as quickly as they did with fantastic craftsmanship! Thank you Wolfvalley Buildings!

Steven Lockwood at Wolfvalley buildings was great to work with..he gave good advice and the process was simple and all done via email and online... The process was streamlined and the price was below average. I am happy with the results. The product is high quality and on delivery day the delivery team stayed in contact with me...the driver was very polite and courteous and explained everything he was doing...he did an amazing job and even painted a spot that got damaged during the shipping. He tried his best not to destroy my brand new lawn and was fast but thorough. I would highly recommend these guys...Great all around!

Little disappointed in finish. Did not paint the shed very well and it has highlights. Also got a lot of paint on cement, existing roof and left me their saw dust to clean up. Then I got on the roof and found over 50 exposed nails. Reported the paint and said they opened a ticket on it and they would be in contact. Last I heard from them. Assume I wouldn't on the roof as well and fixed myself.
