I wasn't pleased with the back of my hair as it was not matched up like the sides & I was told they couldn't do anything about it as it has had 5 weeks of re growth since having it done, when it was only nearly 2 weeks if that (I had my receipt to prove!) & this was just ignored. The only reason I couldn't complain sooner was because it was over the Xmas/New year period & was closed / they was not answering the phone! If they'd of fixed the problem I'd of happily returned again & again but certainly not now. 2 stars are because the women who did my hair was pleasent but didn't dye my hair as it should of been done.

In regards to the nail salon part a gift voucher was purchased from the very friendly staff. Dismayed to be told 2 finger cuts were recieved during the application of gel nails, then that the supposed 3 week duration were chipping off in less than a week. A replacement set at another salon returned comments on how poor quality and badly this product was and had been applied. A waste of money unfortunately.
