After checking reviews, I tried this local company to check my 5-year old AC unit that wouldn't start. It was a heatwave, so I think they sent an unqualified tech to my house. After 2+hours he realized that all it needed was Freon. Told us that it was expensive. I had to ask him how much it needed, he said less than 3 pounds. He poured liquid in, and it started working. Then told me that i would be paying him by the hour. I spoke with the owner the next day and he explained that because they were so overwhelmed with calls that a tech, new to their company, was learning their protocol. The air-conditioner was fixed and all was well, and the bill was revised to reflect the appropriate charges..

Quick response even in hot weather. Phone demeanor of people I spoke to was outstanding. Tech who came out, Josh (probably spelled incorectly) was quick and efficient. Explained everything he did and offered info on possible actions in the future. Also explained bill, warranty, etc. Good company. Have used them in the past

Great service! We recently moved into a new building and needed a sink replaced as well as the AC unit and duct work. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when deciding the layout of the duct work and registers. I would highly recommend them.
