Unfortunately I put my application in a couple weeks ago and have not had a call back, I Have called both numbers I have for the company several times, and have not received a call back or a voicemail. I also drove to the address listed above and there was no business and someone from the business next door came out in told me they havent been there since beginning of the year. Leaving a review is the quickest way to get a reply

Evergrow has cost me roughly $20k in fraudulent charges and lost revenue while forcing me to continue to pay for their malicious non-performance. This company is downright predatory. Hiring them has been the most expensive mistake I have ever made as a real estate investor. They failed for half a year to lease my home that had never been vacant for more than a week at a time in the past 5 years that I've owned it, and after repeated attempts to contact them to cancel our contract, the owner actively ignores my emails, ignores my calls, and has even contacted my new property manager to prevent me from leasing my property with them while refusing to release me from their contract for several months now. They also stole or destroyed my personal property by removing the smart locks from my house after specifically stating they would not, and they have been holding my house hostage for three months now after failing miserably at their jobs. Avoid this hack shop at all costs. There's a reason they're cheap.
