I came in to Lexus of Hingham for annual inspection today. The service advisor Kevin Chan tried to upsell me a new pair of windshield wipers. I rarely drive this car and seldom use the wipers and it was still in good condition if not excellent(attached pictures). He told me that I must replace the wipers to pass the inspection and there are cameras everywhere. This is totally ridiculous way to make more money! Also, it took another 30 minutes wait to receive my car after he told me I needed a new wipers. I will never be back to this dealership PERIOD.
