Eugene was awesome. He was on time, friendly, and polite. We thought we had the problem diagnosed my A/C problem to a faulty thermostat so Eugene left to get to his next appointment. After replacing the thermostat the problem with the A/C was still present. I called the office and left a message. Joanne was prompt with a return phone call and had Eugene back at my house within one hour. After a few short minutes Eugene was able to trace the problem to a Humidifier that was installed incorrectly over the winter (by a different company). He rewired the humidifier and got me up and running in under 30 minutes. Overall it was a GREAT experience and a company I would proudly recommend to my family and friends.

Was difficult to get a hold of someone. We had a time to get our furnace checked and it was rescheduled and after the second reschedule I needed to make sure someone would be there and he arrived late. When i called I was given an attitude that they are busy and do what they can. I just needed an update so I could plan accordingly. Once he arrived, I will say he was easy to understand and listened to my concerns. Yet, the communication prior to arriving was not positive at all.
