This company also trades under the name Fly Uni. Please check the reviews on that site before booking with these people as they are all the same. Please avoid, Me and my family booked an Umrah package with these guys, the agent dealing with my case was Ahmed Tanzil, the flights were cancelled due to Covid-19 and now they will not return my 6500. It took us so long just to contact them, they kept avoiding our phone calls. We are now having to go through court proceedings in order for us to settle this dispute despite Saudi airlines saying that they are issuing full refunds, Ahmed said we were only entitled to 40-50% of what we had paid. This is the first time that I have had to issue court proceedings against a company who wont issue me my refund. My wife is a solicitor and I am an Audiolgoist working in the NHS. Very unprofessional on these guys. Avoid at all costs, spend your money elsewhere. Ahmed also tried to get me and pregnant wife to stay outside of the hotel for 12 hours before checking in, this may have been an attempt to save one nights money even if we had paid, we decided against using them for our hotel and instead went elsewhere, judging by the previous comments from customers it seems that they do not act in a professional manner.

We booked a 12 days Umrah trip for 12 people with Ideal Hajj and Umrah. We paid for 5 stars hotels near al haram in Makkah and 4 stars in Madinah. We issued payment and just 10 days before departure the agency notified us that our hotel booking in Makkah and Madinah has changed. We felt really disappointed and this was totally unfair. We were given a lower quality hotel than what was promised to us and what we paid for. Very disappointed with their service.

Our entire family went to Umrah this Ramadan with Ideal Hajj and Umrah. From hotel bookings, ground transportation, flight tickets and visa processing, our agent Ahsan Khan handled everything meticulously. Not only that my wife and I had to miss our initial flight due to covid. Ahsan got us new tickets in a very short notice and within reasonable price. Even during our Umrah in Mecca, if we had any enquires he was always within our reach. In the industry where standard of service often falls below expectations, our experience with Ideal Hajj and Umrah was exceeded expectations. We strongly recommend them. PS: One special thanks to Ahsan for getting us the two most closest Hotels in Mecca and Medina which made my parents' Umrah so much easier.
