Aj, we have had to make changes due to staffing, however, that's not an excuse for failing to communicate an appropriate wait time, and not allowing you to reschedule for a time that worked better for you. I completely understand wanting to service your car elsewhere, I would feel the same way. I have taken this issue to the management team so that we can put steps in place to prevent a similar experience. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

This used to be a great place to buy a car and to get your car serviced. I've been coming here for 11 years and this place has gone downhill. You get ignored and a "two hour service" will turn into 5 hours of waiting. Also, even though you can place appointments online, they only do things such as "oil changes, tires, and basic maintenance" on Saturdays. I was told there was only one technician working this day. I offered to reschedule, but the guy declined saying "well, you're here now". So if you live out of town and/or work a typical Monday thru Friday job like I do, I suggest you find other options for service. If I knew I'd be sitting in the waiting room 5 hours, I would've got a rental car and dropped mine off. Yes, I know they have loaner cars and pickup/drop-off service but whenever I ask about these services, they're never available so I no longer rely on that. At one point, the guy came up to me to say he was going to get an update and never came back. Funny how with one technician, everyone that came in after me had their cars serviced in a timely matter. Even other customers were asking me why I was still waiting! However, Mr. James Wade is THE best salesman I ever met and is carrying this place on his back! I will forever recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. But the rest of them?
Understand your frustration! Unfortunately, most keys have to be programed to the specific car in order for the car to start. It sounds like we failed to communicate what a new key will require and failed to give you a quote for the additional costs to program it. I apologize! I appreciate you taking the time to alert us to this issue. I met with the service manager and have plans to do a refresh our process with our team.

Came in on a recalled airbag. Ordered a new key for my BMW. it will unlocks doors and windows,but won't start the car. And I don't see why I have to pay more for it to work with my car.
