Couldn't get badge scanners to work. Customer support took too long and eventually we just went on without the devices at all. Wasted money, definitely wouldn't rent again.

Jenna, Thank You for your feedback. We understand your frustration. We are a company who usually provides service to the event industry. It goes without saying that this industry is currently extinguished. We quickly adapted, instead of laying off employees we decided to help our community in this crisis with a sophisticated temperature scanner that identifies elevated body temperature and people not wearing masks while promoting social distancing. As a company we follow CDC guidelines and amongst our team enforce social distancing, wearing masks and frequent Covid-19 tests along with daily temperature scans. Our employees have children and family and are therefore highly cautious while performing their job. We can assure you that we are not putting anyone in our community in the slightest bit of danger. In the middle of a pandemic where florida is the leading state of covid-19 cases, this company chooses to send their employees in an non-soliciting area to sell overpriced temperature scanners and possibly infect my team of elderly patients whom we take care of. There are many other ways to promote a product - this is not it. Do better!!!!! We will be calling the state health department as well as Miami-Dade PD to monitor this situation.
