Hi Sarah. Who are you?? And I'm sorry, we don't have a Karen working here. I would appreciate you removing this negative response on our auto dealership page. From what I found through investigations, this review is tied to Little Tokyo Restaurant located in the Haggen's Shopping Center. The word "Karen" is a vulgar term and very unprofessional of any business. Also, There has never been a Sarah Swanson or anyone from the Little Tokyo restaurant that has ever purchased a vehicle from us, so not very sure what you need to "Beware" of. Be very careful with your words, and defamation of characters. This is highly illegal and unfprofessional.

Staff was friendly, courteous and polite, easy to work with. Also, When a there was a problem with the car, I was taken care of and the situation corrected. This was appreciated 4 months after purchase. Thank you Bellingham Autohaus
I had such an amazing experience when I bought my Range Rover in October so when my husband needed a new car in November we returned to purchase his BMW. Again it was the easiest and smoothest car purchase ever. Fast forward to Christmas Eve my alternator went out in the Rover (covered under my warranty thank goodness) they got me right in and back on the road the next day. They will forever have me as a loyal customer! Thank you so much Danny and to all the staff there for treating us so well.
I went looking for a specific BMW and Sergio assisted me with getting me into the BMW I wanted. This is my second purchase with The Autohaus and Sergio provided excellent customer service! Dear Alex, We appreciate your feedback but we will also challenge you to find one used car dealer in the entire state that will go the extra mile like we did to help you with the after the sale challenges you had. From paying to tow your vehicle back, delivering over half way back, to spending over $2,000 in repairs on it to make sure its 100%. Also the only last recommendation from tech when car last left our facility is that your valve cover was starting to seep. Seeping doesnt mean leaking therefore doesnt require any immediate attention. You can inspect any 2010 Audi Q5 in the nation and we can almost guarantee that they will find work that would need to be done to them. Fortunately for you, you bought it at a good dealership that stand behind their products. Also, when you came back in we gave $13000 on trade & we gave a $1000 discount on car you were trying to trade your Audi on. So that only put you at $1000 loss with you getting all your tax $$ back on a car that somehow ended up with over 4600 miles on it for being at our facility for all the time you are claiming it was. We waited to respond on the hope that we can come to a solution & One of the owners reached out as well to take care of you!! But if there is something that we have learned after being in business for over 24 years you cant please everyone with as much as you cater to them. General Manager -Dany Saad

CAUTION! Sold my wife and I a car that started giving us issues THAT SAME NIGHT. They were never able to fully fix although I made the 400 mile round trip to their service center twice. Owner said he would reach out to me personally to resolve the issues and failed to do so on more than one occasion. Really bad experience - most of the cars have corrosion on the motors and brake pads as they come from Canada.. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because at least they attempted to fix the car (but failed twice) and the salesmen were nice enough. This is why car dealerships get a bad reputation - I have been dealing with trying to get this resolved for 4 months and now am stuck being sold a broken car. In their defense, they did offer to buy it back... for $2,000 less than I purchased it for.
