We do require a repair request form to be submitted prior to drop off. You can view our repair policies on our website. We do our best to schedule drop off appointments which then allows us to provide all our clients the attention and time needed for consultations with one of our staff members.We tried to our very best to accommodate your needs and provided the pricing it would cost for shipping the product to the manufacturer. Make sure you dont need any service or repair after the sale. They are not interested. Buy a new one, too old, its going to cost $200-300 with shipping to send it back to Hunter Douglas, and they may not be able to repair it . Thats was said to me when I brought in a repair on 3/29/22. Went to Home Trends in Needham, repaired within 24 hours, $40.00. Thats where all my future business will be going. Get off your high horse and treat your customers with respect, kindness, and some compassion.

We ordered several new window treatments from the - spent over $5000. Customer service was about non existent once our orders were in. Didnt respond to emails. Charged our card for balance without giving us any notice at all. Details of one order were never reviewed with us even though I asked several times for a photo - and we ended up with rods in the shutters that we didnt want.

Barrows helped us select, buy, and install window treatments for our new apartment in Brookline. They have done an outstanding job at every phase of the project: from helping us decide on the types of blinds and shades we need, to measuring, to ordering, and, finally, installations. Our point person at Barrows was Donna Connolly, and we can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful Donna was. Despite encountering manufacturing problems with some of the shades (that were entirely the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Barrows, and that were corrected immediately and without any hesitation), everything came together well at the end. Barrows installation people, who had to visit our apartment several times to complete the project, were experienced, thoughtful, and careful as they dealt with the challenging apartment layout. Barrows delivers all-around first class service, we are most grateful for their help and advice, and we wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for help with your window treatments.

Requested an appointment online on Nov 30, they contacted me on Dec 2, and we scheduled a visit in home for Dec 10 to measure the windows and all that. On Dec 10, I got a text that they couldn't make it as the person in charge didn't feel good to come... It's Dec 29 and still haven't heard from them. Unbelievable!!
