I am sorry that you were disappointed with your service. I made every effort to get your floors as clean as possible. I cleaned your tile and grout three times with both acid and alkaline cleaners to try and remove the staining and unfortunately there are things that can permanently stain both grout and carpeting especially on older flooring without sealants and stain protection. Once again I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the service, because my customers are very important to me and I wish you the best of luck in the future.

The owner showed up on time and explained to me what he was going to do. He started and it only took about an hour and a half to clean the tile and seal the grout in my kitchen, dining, entry way, hallway and bathroom. I did not do the entire house. But what he did do I could tell a difference. It looks so much better! There were a few areas that he explained he did his best to clean the grout but told me it likely was not sealed when it was put down and those areas were stained and he could not get them white again. There were also a few areas that the grout was smeared on the tile and he couldn't get that up. He said again it was not installed properly. We rent a house and it was all dirty and dingy and regular mopping was not getting it. Have never paid to get tile cleaned before but if I were to do it again I would definitely use him again. Price was very good (277 with tax) for all those areas, beat the other big companies like Stanley!

Everything went smoothly, from scheduling to the actual cleaning.. They communicate updates regularly, such as reminders of the approaching appointment, en route, and arrived. My carpet has been thoroughly "annointed" by 2 dogs, and Bolton's treatment has had a huge impact on dog.. aroma.. I keep calling Bolton's because they are fast and efficient, and I feel that I get my money's worth.
