I wanna love this place its a convenient next to my job, they have local items all over CT. But the service is horrible and the chai tea was nasty. Not to mention they arent even nice.

My first time here. I got the Chipotle BLT and a vanilla iced coffee. Both were incredible and as an added bonus, the two young ladies (Sara & Marie) working the counter were friendly and professional. I will be back.

(Coffee filters) We apologize for shorting you those 2 macaroons! Sometimes we get rushes and miss things, again we apologize and we appreciate your understanding in this as we achieve only the best customer service! On the note for coffee, we are sorry you didnt get to enjoy our very own signature coffee the way it should have been enjoyed! Occasional in the afternoon or near to closing our pots of coffee get down to the very last drop and dont keep temperature (if basically out). We strive hard to train all of our employees to serve only the finest to our costumers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can make sure it never happens again! We also do all of our own roasting in Brookfield, CT! Its all super fresh and smooth! 100% arabica coffee. Youll have to come back for a free cup on us! We are also very surprised with the scone turn out! They are coming from NYC daily and all of our customers die for them! Again, sorry you didnt have a great first turn out! Ordered 4 macarons, got only 2 in a bag, went back to the cashier and Ive got the other 2 in a paper coffee filter instead of a plate. That would be ok, not the worst thing that can happen if it would be the only one. I also ordered HOT coffee and a scone. Hot coffee was room temperature with some unpleasant aftertaste. I was asked if I want the scone warmed up, of course I agreed, who would not like flaky, toasty scone!? But Ive got dry rubbery something. This was my first experience in this place and my very last too.
