The experience was average, but not worthy of more than 3 stars. I think the communication and the transparency for pricing could be improved. I think this law firm would benefit from making a pricing menu or "projected all-in cost" assessment. My frustration with the process is that I would get through one step and then more money would need to be paid, and then another step with more money. Also, there were a couple times where I had to check in on the progress, which is a lengthy process, but I would have hoped for more transparency in the timelines as well. I would use again, but I don't feel like the process is transparent for a first time user.

I highly not recommend using Trust Tree Trademarks. This is the exact quote from the Randy's email "...none appear to be obvious conflicts. As such,this mark should be registrable." After we submit the application to trademark office, the application is blocked/refused. I have wasted so much money in making labels, creating stamps, registering the business etc, creating tax ID and time. It looks like the trademark attorney did not do enough research and he even tried to charge me an extra $850 to appeal. I asked different trademark attorney and he did not recommend to appeal and suggest me to rebranding. So either Randy did not spend enough time to research or he is trying to charge people left and right and wasted time and money or he did not have enough experiences. BEWARE!
