Good morning, I am glad you appreciated Mr. Ozzy's work. He has been with us since he was attending college and follows the child-centered focus we consider essential for children to thrive, in contrast to more cookie-cutter approaches in other studios. I will give a 5 star because of Mr. Ozzy. He genuinely cares about student's progress. However, they sent out a generic survey about any suggestions/comments and management did not liked my feedback. Parents like myself are free to write reviews like this on any social media platform.We do not live in a communist society. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.Sad I had to remove my child from art classes.

The Art Shack--what a wonderful place! Kids get to enjoy creating their own art projects while learning new techniques taught by experienced teachers who are knowledgeable and kind and know how to relate to the children. The studio is clean and neat and has supplies and materials available for every art project imaginable. The staff takes every measure to keep kids safe. My children enjoyed their time there tremendously and continuously ask when they can go back. I can't recommend this in-person camp enough.

This review is strictly for a day camp that my 5 year old attended during his last teacher planning day at school. I drove 20 minutes one way to drop him off at what I thought was going to be a great experience for him. He loves anything art related. He was a little hesitant but excited. The instructor hurriedly told him to sit down and waved me off. I left him but was a little concerned. At pickup the same instructor waves me to a different door and asks what jacket my son had. He had a red Nike Hoodie with his name on the tag. She disappears then comes back and says someone else took it but they are going to bring it back and she would call me. My son seemed a little down and when he gets in the car I asked what he did all day. He said they played with toys, had lunch and drew a picture. He came home with nothing he created during his 6 hours there. Nothing...now this is an art school...forgive me for thinking there may be something slightly creative happening throughout the day. She never called me about the sweatshirt being returned. I really wanted to love this place as many others have but it was not up to my expectations in any way.
