Good afternoon. I have no idea who you are, and that surely isn't something I would have done. You have left a negative review on the wrong business. It's either that or your intentionally trying to bring my star rating down through defamation. The sad part is you would actually go out of your way to make a negative review because someone didn't call you back after 15 minutes? Wow. If you have that kind of spite in your heart, you need to take this false review off of my business and post it to whoever it was that actually didn't call you back because it wasn't me. And then make sure you get my phone number and don't ever call me because I don't need customers like you. In fact I avoid customers like you.

You left me a voicemail and I called you back. You described that something had bolts coming out of it and that your temperature gauge stopped working. I asked you to send me a picture of what you're referring to and then I texted you to let you know what it was that was coming loose and then after realizing what part of town you're in, I was honest with you and told you that I'm not servicing that area at this time because I'm extremely busy over here in the hilliard, Dublin upper Arlington Grandview and Galloway area. There's nothing odd or shady about that. That's business. I was honest with you and you have chosen to take things the wrong way and post an unnecessary negative review.
