It's a little down the road as I had FiG create a website a couple of years ago. I was so disappointed in their lack of customer-centric work and the end result of the website. You are only allowed to make changes to the work twice. So ultimately, if you know what you are looking for and you don't get it from them (which was my case), it is too bad so sad. In fact, we disliked the results so much, we did not include our website address on any of our marketing material! After we budgeted to have the website redesigned about 6 months later, we used an agency who was able to listen to the customer and give us exactly what we wanted and we proudly display our website on all our marketing materials, business cards, and email signature. The reason I am posting this at this late date, is that I recently ran into TWO different people who used FiG for their marketing and who had the same sad, unprofessional experience we did. I decided it was time to speak up so that more people aren't put in the same situation of spending a fair amount of money and not getting what THEY want. It seems FiG has one template for website design and fits all customers into it. There is no creativity; it is one size fits all. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. And would HIGHLY recommend LKPM Designs!!

Zachary and his team at FIG are top notch. I hired them to run an advertising campaign for an event our agency was doing in the Denver market, and from first reaching out to them to after our event was wrapped they were exceptional. They were extremely professional, took the time to sit down and gage our needs for our agency, and created incredible ads that brought our agency and event incredible success far exceeding my expectations. They communicate very well and it's clear they genuinely care about their clients. I would highly recommend FIG for any marketing/advertising needs you have!
