The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a dress through Express Marketplace that is too large on me. I have been trying to make a return for over a month. I have emailed, left voicemails, and also contacted Express to reach out to 2.7 August Apparel for me. They lied to Express claiming they sent me a return label which they never did. Don't waste your time or money.
If I could zero stars I would. I bought a $100 romper from them. Horrible customer service. You literally have to reach out in every way to get a return label. Only reason I returned was bc the item was too big. I called 3 times, email 2 times, filed a complaint with express bc there wasnt any word on my return. FINALLY when I called she issued it like no problem. Very unprofessional.
Extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I contacted customer support because they stated my package was being returned. I never processed a return and the package was never delivered to the address provided. It was a gift I was waiting for. Someone contacted me back, her name was Ciera and she told me that FedEx was unable to deliver your package, due to the fact that the address you provided us with is a business address and they weren't able to deliver it directly to you. There are 50 packages delivered everyday to that address and there was never a problem.I asked her to contact them and ask to reattemt the delivery I got a response that Well, unfortunately with the information FedEx has provided us with we went ahead and already refunded you so we will need that package sent back to us. I spoke directly to a FedEx representative and they already authorized a return to sender. I do apologize for any inconvenience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Shame.
