Their installation was absolutely terrible. The lead security director she is incompetent. Still waiting for them to come correct major installation flaws from august. I was forced to use them because of Ryan homes. The original security panel was barely hanging onto a 2x4 that was not even secured to the floor it was floating. The wiring had uncapped, unprotected splices, the bundle of wires was jammed so tight in the box it left no room for a switch to be installed. Promised a lot and execution/delivery has never been followed through.

The low console battery has been going off. We called Trinity to find out what to. They had me crawling around in my basement unplugging the box down there which did not resolve the issue. They said they were sending me a new battery pack which they did not. Finally someone told us what the correct issue was and assured me I could buy a replacement battery anyplace. Well, you can not. Wasted evening driving from store to store in traffic for naught. Not a single person we spoke to was a native English speaker. They did not understand us and we could not understand them. We are seriously looking for a néw company. Trinity used to be personable and great and now they are no where close.
I am so glad for the work you did for us today at NVAR. Nancy and Manny were awesome, very detailed, professional, very patient and knows their stuff. I will definitely recommend them anyday anytime.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Our builder advised us to go with someone else even though they are contracted with Trinity, I should have listened. Our system isn't working and they say the first available appointment is in 3 weeks, and yes, they will still charge us. Unacceptable.
