Absolutely rude and disgusting behavior of one specific staff, I called and booked for a blowdry, I then called back mentioning that I have an appointment and wanted to see if I could request one of their hairstylist, I got to the salon, receptionist or whoever she was came to me being extremely rude with an attitude, talking over me about how I booked for 2 people and that il be charged for 2 people, it was a misunderstanding from her end. They ended up charging me for the 2 appointments Ps. The Hairstylist is absolutely wonderful and the best.

Fantastic harcut from Sheuneen who manged to make me even better looking - not an easy task. However the experience was slightly soured at the end when I was presented with a bill for 3.50 for glass of coke. For a 70 haircut when you ask me if I would like a drink, I didn't expect to get a bill at the end. Seems a strange way to end what was a great service. Disappointing.

I been there for facial charged me 195 for just a normal deep cleanse facial they show themselves so fancy to charge fancy amounts but quality should be fancy too . On the phone they described that they use peels and light therapy plus exctraction. It was just normal cleanse and extraction didnt even use moisturiser at the end not many products as u do get on facials and she said you are done i was surprised then I told her you guys told me that there is light therapy and other stuff she went to check with the manager and imagine she came back put me under light for 10 min and done I asked them what facial they give me they said its called bespoke 360 but if you check their website it has completely different description and Showed them in my phone surprisingly they are telling me ohhh it is on your phone shows like this come and check our computer it says different thing how unprofessional why do i have to care it shows different things in your computer as a client I got access to your website through my own phone how should i come check your computer before I book a treatment. You should update your website dont do false marketing dont sell people wrong thing for wrong price
