David, I'm sorry that you didn't receive the service that you felt you deserved. We pride ourselves in being a 5 star company and for 1 reason or another, your expectations weren't met. I would like to restate a couple of things so our future clients to be well informed. 1. "The designs weren't what we were looking for": The design process is just that...a process. We ask for details from the client and produce artwork based on those details. The artwork that you submitted was not scaled for billboard printing. You didn't want to pay design fees. I'm sorry that we didn't provide you with what you wanted but you didn't engage in the process and when we mentioned artwork fees then you decided to use someone else for artwork. It is your choice to use whomever you want for artwork services but leaving a bad review because you didn't want to pay a business for it's services but then claim they don't know what they are doing is simply unrealistic. You didn't want to pay appropriate fees so you didn't engage in the process or get the best part of this service. 2. "I did give them the wrong size" There really isn't anything further to say here. You requested a service and an exact size. We provided exactly what you requested. The claim that we knew you gave us the wrong size and printed incorrectly is completely unfounded and not something we would ever do. Your billboards are your billboards. It is not our responsibility to know the size of your billboard or to question a client's order. This wasn't a reprint of something we did in the past. You were a brand new client that we had no history to reference. You were very specific about what you wanted and that is exactly what we produced. Why would any business assume to provide something other than exactly what you asked for? Had we changed the size and you really needed the size you requested the review would have been bad for providing you with something other than what you requested. That is an absolutely unwinnable situation. 3. Everything else about your review was a simple clerical issue that was corrected immediately. We didn't intentionally charge you twice and the moment it was brought to our attention it was corrected. We never like losing a client but we understand that sometimes it is unavoidable. We wish you the best of luck.

Awful company to work with. The designs were not what we were looking for. Had to hire another company to do our design for two billboards then had the print them. I did give them the wrong size so the printed the wrong size but told the owner they knew the size was wrong but printed what I said. I had them re-print in right size but later found out they only printed 1 of the wrong size but charged me for 2. Called they said they thought it was only 1 but yet billed me for 2. Was able to get a refund for 1 that they never made. Things that really upset me with this place. Poor Art Designs They knew I gave them the wrong size for billboards but did not question Only shipped half my order and then said they thought it was only 1 I will never use them again for our business needs
