We been in today. It is not too big choices of men cloths and the fitting room!! It is just only two rooms and they are very dirty. It is shame, very disappointing experience!!

AWFUL!! If I could give this less than a 1 I would! Dont order online! Twice my items have been lost in transit and then they have to look into giving me a refund due to it being stuck in the system! Quick enough to take your money but wont give you money back! Customer service are useless and I kept getting asked why am I doing this?, like Im not supposed to chase up where my money is! When I ask for a timeframe in which it will be resolved the answer is, when someone picks it up! Absolutely awful customer service! I follow up with an email and I get a response saying you will be contacted when the item has arrived in store and I am to collect in 7 days! Havent read my email at all explaining the situation and me wanting to make a complaint! DONT ORDER WITH MATALAN!
