We attended a screen printing workshop at 3rd Rail for our first time. It was an awesome experience and glad to have done it here. It was the staff that made it, Lou and Sonia were very welcoming, professional and attentive. We felt very comfortable and had so much fun. Would definitely recommend it, thanks guys!

We opted for 3rd Rail as we had big issues with a previous supplier being late and lack of communication. Our initial interactions with 3rd rail were good and the team were helpful. After paying the money and confirming the order, we heard nothing. The t-shirts were due 10 days after placing the order. I had to chase this up yesterday and twice today to be told that they haven't even been printed yet and I am looking at end of the week or probably next week (which means at least next week in my experience). I run an online business and communication is so important for customer service. I appreciate things can overrun but to have to chase several times and then be told we're still way off delivery isn't good. This was an initial order to see how the quality and service is, we obviously wont be placing any more orders but I hope that the quality is good when they do arrive.

I'm working closely with a friend of mine who's ordered 25 t-shirt prints... Over a month later & after a multitude of delays, we still haven't received anything! We've ordered before, and we did receive good quality t-shirts, but these were also around a week late. Will never use these guys again & I recommend that none of you guys use their services if you'd like your products in time!
