Called about buying a new Accord, and was told they were adding thousands to the price because we lived outside their service area. Dirty, pandemic, price gougers, they are. They will never get my business, not ever.
They broke the center console, horrible service, took 3 hours for the air bags inflator change, I would like for the manager to call me to fix this problem. Also tried to to speak with the manager was told that they weren't there. I wouldn't recommend this service to my friends or family.
I give Freemen Honda rating of 5 Plus. I just purchased a new 2022 Honda EX-L from this dealership. My salesman was Ramah Pugh and the finance manager was Michael Edwards. I found both men to be not just courteous and polite but to also be men who were honest and men of integrity. I highly recommend these two men to work with if you are in need of a new vehicle. My car buying experience at Freeman Honda was one of the best in my 77 years of living.
I used to love this dealership. However, todays appointment sucked. I booked my service appointment earlier this week for Saturday at 7:00am because their online schedule service had that as the earliest time on Saturday. I figured I would get an early start to my errands. However, I arrived at the dealership at 7:00am to closed doors. They open at 8:00am. Why have an online scheduler if the available times are outside business hours?! I guess the service advisors dont check their scheduled appointments at all. If that advisor would have, then it would have been corrected. A simple phone call to address the incorrect time would have been better than having to wait an hour. I didnt even see the scheduled advisor and probably for the best. The only solution to this was call Monday to speak with the Manager. What is the point of calling days later when the issue happened today? It seemed like they thought I was insane for saying my appointment was at 7:00am, but see the screenshot. They have available appointments Saturday, April 9th at 7:00amwhen they open at 8:00am.
