I dont usually write bad reviews but this time I had to because I never been so unhappy with my gels. Had to book an appointment there as my usual beauty salon had to cancel. Friendly staff and nice decor & atmosphere inside but girl who did my nails had no idea what she was doing. First of all I asked if she could do some simple pattern - it wasnt an option but I was like ok Ill just go for simple french because I really had to get rid of my long and colourful nails - she said she is unqualified to do this(?). At this point I wanted to run but like I said I desperately needed to change the colour and length of my gels. So I decided Ill go for simple pinkish colour. I dont know if I was unlucky or is it just a regular nail service there but Im going to get rid of these nails tomorrow as they look horrendous and scream fake from miles away. Paid 39 (it said its 37 on their website) so another big minus here. Unfortunately wont back there ever again which is a shame because they offer many different treatments but if other staff is so unskilled as well better go somewhere else to avoid disappointment and dont waste a money

Sue did my eyebrows by microblading and they are fantastic. I really did not believe they would come out this good, they look so natural. Everything was clearly explained to me as Sue went along and I am just over the moon with my eyebrows.
