Not going to put photos on because I think thats unfair. I normally love this place. More to the point I like the stylist I chose because they are friendly and upbeat and helpful. The majority of people surrounding them are lovely too. There is a little niggle I have that I just noticed when people were communicating with each other. Mostly they are welcoming but ever since there have been some people returning to the work environment there. There are two people that seem a bit bossy and ask their stylists to use specific applications for their clients when this may not provide the best results. Having had a previous hair stylist before I moved that was cheaper and had 25 years experience I was apprehensive to try somewhere else closer to my home now. But as I say the stylist I have brilliant I just think they are easily influenced by their perhaps senior stylists ? Previous occasions I have loved what theyve done (Barr a style of crimping - but at least I could easily straighten that away at home). Mostly this salon is great just make sure you are specific in what you ask for as any grounds for leeway may prove that you will not get what you were hoping for. And if youve been like me with someone for years and youve moved here and have knowledge of what applications worked best tell them. If they dont feel comfortable providing you with that service try another stylist there. They are lovely people just if you want a specific result be specific. I do second chances so I will be giving them a second chance because I believe that the stylist I have has it in in them to be more bold and try different types of application. They did before when other people who have returned to the salon werent there and I was very happy with the result so I hope they grow more and try different methods even more.long story short; dont be put off by my one time lop sided experience. Give them a try but make sure you are direct and firm in what you ask for.

Had my hair done here and the biggest mistake I ever made had hair bleached added olaplex to minimise damage booked in for future app great the first time even second but subsequent visits to continue colour up keep have seriously damaged my hair Ive done everything they said even buying shampoo etc recommended from them olaplex not added to further treatments and now I am left with previous long hair now shoulder length and thinning out badly with breakage no matter what I do was booked in again for half head needless to say I cancelled it , I feel I have been taken for a ride with my money paid and left in return gutted with my outcome

This place has ruined my hair! And the staff are incredibly rude. I would not use this place again! I am so depressed about my hair, I don't even want to go out of the house.
