I was there for a lease for seltos, and 'of course' they increased the price by almost $5,000 than the market price, but I had no option since I was pregnant at that time and due date was within a month. My experience at this place was horrible. The manager made our contract to 48-months, not 36 months as we requested. When I asked him about the term, the manager told me that's how they write on a contract although it's a 36-month lease, and then I realized after talking with my friends that it was a lie. If you are good at dealing, this place might be good, but if not, don't think that you got a great deal because that's NOT a great deal as you think or wish. Don't trust these people. By the way, the salesman who helped us was really helpful and kind. One star!

Gateway Kia was such an amazing experience for me. I walked in at 9am, outlined exactly what I was looking for- I didnt feel any pressure throughout the process. Called the dealer and made appointment for test drive EV on 5/4/22 3:30pm. Appointment was confirmed. I went there and they said no ele trical vehicle is available. They need better service to avoid inconvenience of their customers.
