Our reasoning behind the first visit in our design center is this: We want our customers to have a chance to get to know us before inviting us into their home and for us to hear their vision and walk them through design options and material options that can be seen in our design center. We also discuss a budget range for the scope of the work by reviewing their pictures of the exisitng (this is only a starting point - until design is completed and products are chosen, a proposal cannot be presented). After that initial introduction of ourselves, our products, and our system, the customer now has the option to invite us to their home or not. Our clients have enjoyed this no pressure system for over 18 years. We are very grateful for each and every person that makes the first phone call and we are committed to helping them in any way that we can even if we don't do business with them. We have used DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen 3 times through the years (kitchen update, total bathroom remodel, and now total kitchen remodel.) We call ourselves three-peaters, not only because we have used them 3 times, but because at the end, we are the winners! Everett and Patty Gray have integrity and have established an honest and trustworthy business. They treat you with respect, listen, advise, and are always available for any issues that may arise. While there may be less expensive alternatives, we keep going back to DreamMaker because we trust them, their team, their advice and we have experienced the quality of their work. DreamMaker provides full general contractor services, such as layout design, interior design, demolition, electrical and plumbing, construction and cabinetry work, installing appliances, and the hiring and coordination of all subcontractors. Basically, we have the fun up front, working closely with their designers, and then just sit back and let THEM do all the work! DreamMakers entire team are all professional and a pleasure (and fun!) to work with, from Designer (Stevie), Interior Designer (Sharlene), Production Manager (Travis), and Carpenters (Miguel, Kenny, and Chad.) Each one of them brings their experience, expertise, and personality to the project, which shows through in the excellent quality of their work. They are also patient and accommodating if you want to add or make changes. Having been through many remodeling processes through the 34 years in our house, we know there will be some issues that arise, times of frustrations and delays. That is to be expected with any contracted construction/remodel project. But, through our experiences with DreamMaker, we know its worth every bit of patience, time, and money to see our dream come to fruition! Thank you to the entire team at DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen. didn't even bother using this company as they assumed as a married woman, I could not financially support this project and insisted my husband come to the consultation. I immediately felt insulted and discriminated.
