1st time in,with my ex.was looking for quick Crete or shape Crete to make out door flier pots I seen on Pinterest.man at counter acted like owner.i explained what I wanted and why.and even showed it on phone.he assured me it was just a brand name identical to what he had.he said his cement or morter was identical.i politely argued .no.its not going to be anything close.after 20 minutes of not getting it threw and him standing a few times "look out the window,see what ii make,i think I know abit more" so fine just to shut him up and ex,who never been on my side let alone at my defense.i bought his crap.got home did the mix.tried another.then another.well Mr no it all white block.just because I'm a girl.and you have brick in ur lot.was no reason to play me down to unimportant and stupid.i think you may have ALOT more business.even doubled,if you payed attention .women play a bigger role than you think in the cement world.and if you go some where and learn about quick Crete and shape Crete,and what millions of women,AND men are doing with it.you then would not only be a lot richer but then could really stand behind what your company assumes it knows.never going back there again !! Ever

Forklift driver was so rude! Everywhere I've been that has a buzzer to ring for someone to load materials has loaded the materials and appreciated the business. I got out and checked after we sat there for a while and he drove by multiple times to see if we were good to go. I didnt see all the material and asked about it. My answer was "you would know if you got out and checked". The heat outside is no reason to be a jerk.

Hello Friends! With this review comes the news that I have received 10,000 views for my reviews in Spokane! Thank you all, and I hope that I have been helpful! There is a simple reason White Block has been around since 1947. Excellent front desk service, reasonable prices, and a very friendly and helpful yard crew! While there's not much to elaborate on when talking about chunks of concrete and stone, there is much to be said about how to get it. I had an odd request for a smallish project I was completing, and the gentleman at the desk listened to what I was doing, understood, and guided me to exactly the material I needed. Took my slip outside and the dude on the forklift (BTW awesomely skilled operator) showed me what I needed, weighed it, helped me get it in my truck, I paid, and I was outta there. Great experience! Thank you.
