I am a newer firm and have been shopping around to find management softwares that would be a good fit for my practice areas and I must say that Keaton Flitton was really the best person to work with. He got on several calls with me to demo the product and was even there and understanding when I had to hold off on implementing the product due to a personal emergency and wanting to make sure my firm was on more solid footing before making this large expenditure. Once my firm is ready to implement, I will most certainly be working with him again and would recommend that anyone thinking about purchasing this product speak with Keaton as well!

We use Filevine at my firm, but I would not recommend it for a PI firm unless you have an in-house IT personnel who has fulltime capabilities to manage the set-up, mapping, and communication with Filevine. Given that IT is not our specialty, we have been working (and paying) to try to get our files moved for over two years. We still have not gone live. Filevine customer service has been of little help. We have had to hire multiple third parties to help design and implement the system. Our understanding of the support Filevine would provide when we initially contracted was vastly different from what transpired. We will still go on to use them because of the work and money spent, but in hindsight I would not recommend them.

My firm's Filevine system went live a week ago and I am already very happy with my decision to switch from Needles. Great software with a back end that's fairly easy to work with and it will definitely improve our productivity and profitability. We worked with Sarah Radatz on our implementation and she was awesome. Always available and responsive.
