You left out the part where you asked for a crew cut (which is a bald fade. Hence the use of a razor) and then changed your mind midway through the service and ultimately received 2 different haircuts for less than the price of 1 (you were charged $20 instead of $25). You got a great deal sir. However, we know we can't please everyone all of the time. Really awful service. One of the barbers skinned my scalp so bad with that god awful razor, left me searing red for a couple of days. Dont come here if youre new to town and want a nice cut, this place isnt the way to go. Super rude to customers, really bad experience overall and ended up with a horrible cut. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Hmmm. When did you get your hair cut here sir? And also, which barber cut your hair? Because if I recall correctly, you came in yesterday around 12:30 pm without an appointment. One out best barbers informed you that there would be a small wait because he was on the way to a drs appointment and the other barber had a few appointments. He also told you that if you didnt want to wait, that you could use our appointment scheduler online to book an appointment for later that way you wouldnt have to wait. Again, If i recall correctly, you decided not to wait and left without ever receiving any services from us. Now im not accusing you of lying, but i asked every one our staff if they serviced you and i also reviewed the camera footage and i dont see you receiving a haircut from our shop. You just left and never returned. Again, i could be wrong. So can you please tell me which barber, i dont expect you to know their names, but which chair did you sit in and receive this haircut? Please. And thanks Reply to Jasons Reply: Again, i spoke with Robert and showed him your picture. He says he never cut you hair sir. I also looked at the footage to confirm. Again, not calling you a liar, but i dont see you in here at 9am. I did see you leave though. However, none of that is important. It would be my pleasure to help you and the haircut is on me, free of charge if youd like. Just make an appointment with Cj by using our appt scheduler or call the shop. Ill remember your name.

Fade was $35, which is only a negative because: haircut was poorly done with sections of hair not faded properly as you can see in photo, and because the whole thing took a very long time (~50 mins in the chair and an hour wait before that). I would recommend going somewhere else. To the owner's reply: I was there two days ago at 9am, chair closest to the door, but don't know the man's name. African American and he spoke a different language (he was on the phone the entire cut which may have been why it was not done well.)
Chewy faded my 9 y/o son's hair. He did an amazing job! He's so patient and good with kids. He's talented and pays attention to detail. He will now be our permanent barber. I'm so happy he was referred to us. He has flexible hours which I appreciate being a single mom. Thanks Chewy!
Actually, it isnt lame at all. you were told over the phone that we take appointments and walk ins and just like any other shop, if you walk in without an appointment, then you have to wait until someone is available to cut your hair. Also over the phone, when you asked if it was busy, you were told that all the barbers were currently busy but to come on over if you didnt mind waiting. You came over, then decided to leave. And I guess you did so because you didnt feel like waiting. Which is totally understandable. But Thats why people usually make appointments so that they dont have to wait long. So the choice was yours and we respect your choice. But im happy you were able to get right in at K.O.B. Theres really great barbers over there and the owner is a stand up guy. Glad you got the right fit and you continue to support them

I called to check if they were busy. Guy said yes but come over anyway and just wait my turn. I get there and am told that they only do appointments. Lame stuff. For the birds. Walked down to K.O.B. and they took me in and gave me a super fresh cut.
