I dont usually give reviews unless I feel strongly about an issue. I live in Pleasanton. One would think why would I go to the SF Land Rover when there is Livermore around the corner! - [ ] SF Land Rover answer the calls instantly, Livermore never picks up! - [ ] San Francisco Land Rover has appointments available, like this week. Livermore never has availability. - [ ] SF will give you a loaner car without having to explain why you need a loaner. Livermore grills you before a loaner is given! - [ ] Today I could not pick up my car after service, and land Rover San Francisco is dropping my car off in Pleasanton and taking the loaner vehicle back. Thats what I call Customer Service!!
Recently had my '14 F-Type for a series of small tune-up repairs. Not only did BMCD provide me with an excellent loaner, but they went above and beyond the call of duty in solving even the most subtle problems with thoroughness and attention to detail.
I was disappointed by the level of disorganization, the wait times to talk to a representative despite having an appointment, and the delays with the service itself. My past experiences with the SF service department were very positive - that is what has kept me coming back. I was surprised by the issues I experienced this time,
