Not all natural hair is created equal if I come in for a silk press why you are using a flat iron instead of a hot comb. I have never seen that much of my hair on the floor. I visited pre-COVID for a consultation and finally felt ok about booking an appointment for a big chop and color. The earliest appt was 5 weeks out. I ended up cancelling after finding another salon that could get me in within 1.5 weeks. It might be time to either say you're not accepting new clients or hire more staff when it takes over a month for a newbie to get in. Just a thought...
