Hi Nicole, we just found out your review...we feel so surprised with what you are stating in here. Well, first of all, our apologies if we could not take your call the day you wanted to contact us. As many small businesses, we are a busy wedding and event planning studio and we wish we could take all the calls we have in a day (lucky you if you are able to do so, means a lot of free time). After your second call (we were still in a meeting with a client), we replied back to you 5min later via text. A correct person will not consider that a poor customer service as well as that person would not consider incorrect to ask for your personal information via text message, so at least we can have a better idea who is on the other side of the phone. Anyways, you could be having a bad day...and we feel sorry for that, hopefully today you feel better :) We feel awesome majority of the time, that's what life is about right?. Our philosophy at the studio is making people's life amazing no matter what... that's why we always reply back in the most positive way. Once again, so sorry that you felt bad when we replied back to you with "Awesome!", again a correct person would've taken that reply with no reaction. In addition, we feel relief that you showed to our team via this review the way you treat people and businesses, clearly...not our way. We do not share your manners and we do not like dealing with this type of clients. I was interested in getting some information about my bridal shower after I scrolled through pictures and seen how beautiful the rooftop decor was by the pool. I called and got no answer, about 45 minutes to a hour later I called again and my call got ignorned. Soon after I received an text saying who is this, your contact number isnt saved now Im not the smartest In the world but if you have your number on a general website like google then Im sure you get numerous text and calls from numbers that arent saved. I politely said sorry Im no longer interested in your services. I soon received a text back saying awesome with the deuces emoji! Your work may be beautiful but your customer service sucks.

Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Adriana and her team literally made our dreams come true.
