Terrible customer service!!! I called to get more information on wanting some business advertisement services options from a local marketing agency the gentleman on the phone seemed very unwilling and unhelpful and had a very bad attitude for no reason, I was simply calling for information on details and concerns about the process such as this is my first contact and first time doing marketing with a agency. When asking clarifying questions about the process and next steps he simply replied with You dont even know what business you have and started yelling I dont even know where that came from wouldnt even let me answer the question he initially asked he kept interrupting arent you suppose to help and give growing options to your potential customer. Clearly not interested in helping clients grow and in the wrong field he couldnt even communicate appropriately throughout the entire conversation. He just hung up glad i steered away from this non caring terrible employee ran business, they clearly dont know there business and customer service.

I had simply the best time getting a new website and photo shoot with 11/11 Media Group. Laura was quick and responsive with my web design and I love the new site, as do my customers. It really elevates my image to the same level I try to achieve with the quality of my work. Likewise, my photo shoot with Sam was outstanding. He was very punctual, and worked with us over half the day to get some fantastic shots. We got way more photos to choose from than I anticipated... in the end the hardest part was narrowing down which ones I wanted on my website! Thanks so much to the whole team; I couldnt be happier with my choice!
