I read Elizabeth Aniol's review and all I can say is DITTO! I ordered shampoo, conditioner and curl cream 2 weeks ago. Before I completed the ordering process, Prose represented to me that the order would arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date. I received an email from Prose on 8/3/21 stating that my order had shipped via DHL. 9 days later, I still have not received my order so I checked DHL tracking, which had not changed since 8/3. I contacted DHL, who informed me that Prose had never delivered the package to them but merely had created a DHL shipping label. What is this trickery?!? I contacted Prose via their website but note that they require 2-3 days to respond. There is no customer service phone number for Prose. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from Prose again and feel as though I should be permitted to cancel my current order as it never left Prose. "Processing" an order should not mean creating a shipping label that Prose has no intention of using for 9 or more days. Prose's business practices are akin to fraud. Here is Elizabeth's review, which was written in 3/21: I've yet to try the product, so this review is exclusively regarding Prose supply chain - in short: it's TERRIBLE. For 2 small bottles of haircare that I'm shelling out $50 for, I DO NOT want to wait A MONTH for it to come from Brooklyn to Queens. A friend of mine ordered a week after me and got her order a week before me. My first customer service inquiry was fielded and responded to nicely and promptly. My second was ignored all together. At this point, I don't really even care how the product works - I'm sure it's great, it's smells luxurious - I highly doubt I'll ever order again for those wait times and wouldn't recommend based on my experience. Get it together Prose.

They shipped me the wrong order and my hair turned unbelievably brassy. I emailed them and they sent me the correct order... but damage is already done and I still have to pay to get all my color stripped and redone. Be careful!

So I first tried Prose as my friend gave me a discount code. The product arrived and smelled A-MA-ZING. Seriously. Unfortunately it wasnt quite right for my hair and was causing a lot of static. However the team went straight to work, changed my formula and sent new products out much quicker than I expected. Again the products smelled delicious and the static was better but my hair still wasnt feeling it. In the end I actually ended up having my order refunded. The member of the team I dealt with, Jessica, was incredible and helped me as such as she possibly could. While this product wasnt right for me I urge you to try it because they smell amazing, your hair stays fresh for days and if something is up the team is right there with you helping you out. Awesome job guys!

This stuff is the best I've used. Customer service is great too. My first order I had chosen a scent that was too strong for me. They worked with me to find a scent that I love and made it all right. Normally on the day after I shampoo my hair starts getting greasy, now I can go 2 days between shampoos and it's still not greasy. I have super fine and then hair, the formula I got is perfect for me

This product made me experience hair loss. I still have the ball of hair that this product made me lose. And my hair hasnt been the same since. This product didnt do much for me besides, make me lose large amounts of hair in one sitting. I did contact them, they refunded me 22 bucks out of the 100 something dollars I spent. There are others who have said this product caused them to lose a lot of hair as well. So, I know Im not the only one who has had the same experience. When I contacted them to let them know what happened, I felt like my situation wasnt taken seriously and it seemed like they tried blaming it on stresses in my life when I have had my hair on my head for my whole life and I have never experienced this until I used their products. It was their products and they should be held accountable. I am very disappointed and I will never spend any of my money here again. This picture is the hair I first lost in one sitting while I was in the shower. I dont have thick hair. My hair is pretty thin and losing this amount especially in one sitting is a lot.
