The experience I have had with Gia and the GCC Consulting team is honestly beyond what I would have ever expected from a marketing agency! The 30 second summary: GCC has been amazing with website development (transferring and beefing up my squarespace site to wordpress), a whole spectrum of SEO strategy, content creation, social media, and ads. The details: I have worked with several marketing agencies with mixed results. Everyone seems to say they have the magic formula but the reality is that digital marketing is a constantly moving target that nobody knows the "secret" to. With marketing, as with everything, the Dunning-Kruger effect is a real thing. When I first met with Gia, she didn't give me lip service but was upfront with what she knew and what she didn't. This was important to me particularly because my specialty of regenerative medicine is a relatively young field, so still very much so a challenging and constantly changing landscape. Her honesty was refreshing and actually made her expertise more apparent. And now, having worked with Gia for almost a year, I cannot express how impressed I am with how thorough and nimble Gia has been, especially given all of the unexpected cards that continue to be dealt during this ongoing pandemic. She has been amazing with communication, strategy, and execution. She has been receptive to ideas, forthright with her opinions, and data-driven in her approach. And if she doesn't know something or if a curveball is thrown to us, she's willing to learn and pivot with eagerness and dexterity. Overall... HIGHLY recommended!
