All of the functions are not available on my iPad, for example, sending emails. I have to go all the way back to my home office to finish some of my work. Frustrating. Needs to be updated to provide full functionality on Apple products. Otherwise, it works great on my PC.

I am a $15,000,000 window and door dealer. I spoke with Job Nimbus about switching to acculynx. While I was on the phone i liked them and wanted to move forward and they needed my american express. So i gave it to them and they charged me $1100. The next day I cancelled because the migration of the data would be too much of a hassle. By law I have a 3 day right to cancel. They tried scaring my office manager into a 40% cancellation and completely unprofessional. I was considering coming back to them after I got my data under control. They lost my business forever. We have been using JobNimbus for about 30 days to manage our roofing leads. It integrates well with Quickbooks and CompanyCam. Extremely versatile tool, and I'm sure we've only scratched the surface. Getting support from this company is very frustrating. More times than not, I was given false information just to placate me. Then, when I followed up months later, I discovered I was lied to. JobNimbus creates updates, which in turn, completely changes certain processes in their system and completely messes up the way you use their program. For example, last fall they did an update which completely deleted any notifications we received on signed contracts. Meaning, when our customers signed a proposal, we were not notified of the sale even though we previously had it set up to be notified. Also, we had to find out about this update the hard way, by missing multiple sales and eventually being contacted by a disgruntled customer. Since our business sells stuff, this was pretty important. JobNimbus told me a lot of people were complaining about this and that they had a team on it to fix the problem. Months later, I talked to someone else about it and was informed they had no intention of fixing the problem. This is just one example of the many issues we have experienced with this company. Every day is a battle with JobNimbus.
