Came in to buy a Rolex. They didnt have the specific model I wanted and Mark told me they would find out if it could be ordered. Never heard back; had to call the store to check on the status. Mark said they had to talk to their Rolex representative. Again, never heard back. Too late because I made the purchase at Bell Jewelers. Maybe because Im in my 20s I wasnt treated like a serious customer. Oh well. Wont be going back.

I am new to the Nashville area. King Jeweler promotes themselves as the premier/luxury jewelers so when I step into a store of this sort I expect outstanding service. I had a simple issue with a beautiful Ippolita ring I received as a gift for my birthday. After a month of waiting for my ring, King put their company mistake ( the ring never got sent to Ippolita and was sitting in their store for 4 weeks) back on Ippolita and gave me a white lie to cover their tracks. Six weeks later when I arrived to pick up my ring I was greeted rudely by the lady at the back desk. When she showed me the repaired ring I was unhappy when the stone didn't match the others. Instead of handling the issue kindly and professionally she was irritated and further rude. I spoke to the owner who had a care less attitude even though he agreed the stone was slightly different in size and color. I left the building almost in tears, called Ippolita and explained my situation. They were extremely pleasant with 5 star customer service and are going above and beyond to fix King's mistakes and in a very timely manner. I will never step foot in King's again but I will certainly be a repeat Ippolita buyer.
My fiance purchased my engagement ring at King's jewlers and not only did he have a great shopping experience, but I get compliments on my ring nearly EVERY DAY! I absolutely love my ring, and after his big purchase, I decided to buy him a TAG Heur watch he had been wanting for months. Fumiya was incredibly patient and professional in helping me find a very unqiue TAG I had not seen before. Needless to say my fiance loves his new watch as well. We will definitely be going back for our wedding bands!

Absolutely hands down, one of the best experiences I've had in Nashville. Denise and Michelle literally saved the day!! My daughter went to a hospital and the Fire dept. with no help at all! Kings jewelers carefully, and meticulously removed a ring off her hand without any discomfort. We don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you with all my gratefulness!!
