I have been coming here for years and the service just keeps getting worse. Two different stylists have attempted to cut my hair while it's completely dry and brushed it to the point it was frizzy. This resulted in uneven lengths that I cut myself once I got home. Last year I instructed I did not want it cut dry for that reason and she had a very bad attitude and was arguing with me about it and charged more then I have ever paid before for a simple cut and style. This last October I decided to give them another chance when I saw a groupon. I made an appointment, got there early only to wait and then when they saw I had it printed out they said that they could not accept groupons while Roman was out of the country since they had issues with people using them before she left. I asked when she would be back and they said sometime in November. I left extremely disappointed that I had wasted my time. Groupon thankfully refunded my money in just a couple hours. I will never be returning to this salon again. Roman and Suzy are great stylists but the rest all leave a lot to be desired.

I used to come to this place every year except for last year for me only buy I did bring my 5 year old to star getting her hair cuts here last year instead and she liked coming here. Today we decided to go in for a hair cut for both of us and we basically got a Bob hair cut each and for both it came out to be 75 dollars!!! I thought that was way too expensive. My haircuts usually used to be 25 for the same Bob hair cut here. I mean she didn't even wash our hair or anything. She did asked me if it was OK if she could use the hair straightner on me which I said it's fine but I don't know if she also charged me for that or what. I'm not sure how much she charged us for both but for my 6 years old Bob hair cut with no wash and same with mine for 75 is way too much. Sadly I think we are gonna have to find somewhere else because my husband was not happy at the end when he heard the price.

I have been coming to Roman hair salon for about a year now. Roman is the best. She has a huge heart for her clients and is extremely kind. I always leave extremely happy with my cut, color and style. Roman does an amazing job every time. I will never trust anyone else to do my hair like I trust Roman!!

Best salon ever. I never go anywhere else. Suzy is the only stylist I let touch my hard to work with, straight as a board, frizzy hair! Roman is very nice too.

I wasnt exactly impressed. I went in for a wash cut and style. I wanted a blow out with a lot of volume, and layers cut in. Stylist asked when I last washed my hair, I told her 4 days ago, so she didnt shampoo me or condition me. She used a blow dryer and a round brush and a flat iron to give me volume, which didnt really work. My hair was flat within a couple of hours. Wont return. Edit after one day: After washing my hair, Im pretty sure she thinned my hair towards the nape of my neck. My hair feels noticeably lighter. Im trying not to think about it because Im so mad. I know the price is alluring but believe me, youll get exactly what you pay for. Go somewhere else.
