Working Full time during the week and not able to get there before 6pm when they close, I tried to go on a Saturday. We got there a little before closing and the young lady rushed to the door to let us know they were closing soon so unless we were picking up we could not purchase anything and would have to come back during the week. Then proceeded to point to the door and say goodbye. Maybe work on your customer service skills when someone is trying to talk to you dont keep cutting the customer off and force them out the door like cattle.

My sales team was trying to explain to you our policy & he asked you to try on the replacement shoes he gave you, so that you would not have any further issues with the fit. MD/ST here-spent nearly 1K over three visits. The 1st was fantastic! The 2nd started poorly but ended well and the 3rd was met with some notable negativity. Wont return to this particular store. Instead, I will try another location. The policies are reasonable, the behavior is not.
