Will keep this brief. Three flights cancelled between 7 am to 8 pm waiting all day and evening 2+ flights delayed over 3 hours then suddenly canceled.Nearly 11 hours waiting to get to MCO. Worst customer service agents on site. With a child and no help what so ever until i had customer service on the line. Note:Trip 5 days. Our luggage was delivered on day 3 at 11Pm, JFK-MCO - mco alt- mlb , mlb- mco WHY? Then received out luggage bag ripped with no handle to grab onto. Luckily our fly back went smooth unfortunately, we fly with delta as my first choice and will continue. But why treat frequent flyers like this ?? Ridiculously the most stressful 4 days on vacation overspending on ESSENTIALS brought in my checked bag for a family of three. Trips should be relaxing; Not on the phone 4 times a day on hold for roughly 70 min..delta i hope those reimbursement claims forms work.
We missed out first flight with Delta , because of the COVID -19 testing. We went to customer service for reschedule , and Belinda made it possible. Got our flight the same day ! We are very thankful to her ; she was professional and helpful. Very satisfied with Delta airline.
