We are terribly sorry for your isolated experience and regret that you have not been satisfied with our financial assistance up until this point. It is a generally accepted practice that merchants shall monitor and report any and all deposit discrepancies, and if not, for prolonged periods of time beyond 30 days that losses can occur. We simply do not have access to our customer bank accounts to confirm receipt of funds from new customers.
This company is not dependable. They deposited our money in the wrong account and will not make it right. This has cost us thousands of dollars.
