Ive been a Filson customer for about a decade, with a pretty big collection of coats, sweaters, and hunting gear. Lately Ive had some pretty bad quality experiences and it seems to be a trend. Filson quality is not what is used to be. Ive tried submitting reviews for products on the website and Filson doesnt publish them - so I give your brick-n-mortar one star!
