We have had our 2015 RR Sport in for service to repair various components of the cooling system. The first two times were while under warranty. The car has a little over 50k miles and now it is in for the fourth time to get repairs to the cooling system. The dealer made no effort to acknowledge that this is the fourth time in for this problem and forced us to pay $2700 for the "needed repairs". This issue was discovered while still under warranty. The first time was around 30k miles. These guys are just parts changers and have done no real diagnosis as to what is causing all the failures. Very seriously considering contacting lemon law attorney. will never again buy anything from a Hoehn dealership. They blame manufacturer and make no effort to bat for their customers. This issue should be considered under warranty and Hoehn should have taken the lead in getting this done for us! Good thing there are plenty of other dealers out there!!!!!

Just picked up a new e-pace I ordered a few months ago and I gotta say it was the best car buying experience I ever had. Mario in sales, John in finance, and the Robert the manager are basically the dream team of the buying process which has a stigma for being a pain in the arse. They were extremely friendly, weren't at all pushy, answered my 9 million questions, and went out of their way to make sure I got the deal that fit my goals. As long as Jaguar keeps building sexy beast of cars, Jaguar Land Rover Carlsbad will have my business for life! Maybe an i-pace next time once it has a few years to be polished up...
I will continue to warn people to beware of this dealership. My written quote is for $170 my verbal quote from Eric was $1,200 to $1,400 my bill 4 or 5 day later was over $2,000. I contacted the GM a Mrs. Hoehn and asked her to honor his quote or if not, I will post bad reviews daily and contact Land Rover directly. She said "sorry I will not honor his word, he should have never given you a verbal quote. I understand you will post daily reviews and that is fine." Ok, so here you go. The words from one very upset husband and wife.
